1.Where can I get the information on product size?
Every product information page includes product’s size guide and product details.
2.Why some products do not have material information or back image?
We are trying our best to provide complete information on every product and we promise it will be accomplished soon. We are eager to provide you with as many products as possible to satisfy your shopping needs and our fast fashion mission, and we will continue to perfect ourselves.
3.Does Chiccup underwear fit plus size bodies?
Our underwear is available in a variety of sizes, usually ranging from 32-48,CupA-H or from S to 5XL, and we are working to improve our size offerings in future collections. Some styles are designed specifically with plus size bodies in mind.
4.How do i care for my Chiccup pieces?
We recommend hand-washing your neiwai pieces in cold water with a gentle detergent. If you prefer to machine-wash, please set your washer to the delicate cycle and use a mesh laundry bag.
Please don't put your Chiccup pieces in the dryer. Instead, hang or lay flat to dry in a cool, shady area.
5.How can I choose the size?
We recommend you use the “Size Guide “ to better determine your ideal size because sizing varies between our items.
”Size Guide” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. As a note, these are measurements for the item itself. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you already own.

6. How long will I receive my package?
We offer Express Delivery and Standard Delivery, normally you are expected to receive your package in 5-20 business days, except pre-sale items and items out of stock. More information please click Shipping Policy
7.How much is shipping?
You will enjoy free shipping service if your orders reach minimum thresholds, and we are making efforts to lower the freight.Shipping Free: $59
8.Didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping notification?
As long as you entered your correct email or cell phone number, you should have received an order confirmation from us when you completed your order. If you placed your order using your email address, make sure you check your junk/spam folder!

9.Why my order is not shipped after a few days?
Normally your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days. If not, please check whether your order includes pre-sale items. You can also refer to "My Account"where you can view all the detailed information on your order.
10.What if my order has been marked as delivered, but i haven't received it?
No need to worry! A few things may have occurred here:
Carriers often mark packages as delivered in advance and actual delivery can take up to another 24-48 hours. If this happens, please reach out to us service@chic-cup.Com

11.Where can I get my order information (product type, qty, color, etc.)?
First, if you have already placed and paid your order, normally, you will receive an email from Chiccup to check your order.
Second, if not, you can contact our customer service.
Please note if you wrongly operate the order or you experience a network jam while checkout, you can Contact Us to make sure whether your order is placed successfully or not.
12.Which payment methods do you accept?

13.Can I use two coupons in one order?
Sorry, each order can only use one coupon. Coupon and other promotional activities and items are exclusive.
You can find the coupon apply when you click CHECKOUT.
Select the code that system recommend or enter your other exclusive code to apply discount.
15.Where do I find your promotional activities?
Our promotional activities are placed in our homepage, so you can find them while opening our website. Plus, in our enter coupon page, available coupon will be automatically applied to give you lower order price.
If you do not have free shipping coupon, first you need to check whether your order is over $59. Second, final-sale items can not enjoy free shipping activity.
About Return & Exchange
17.Can products not shipped or out of stock be exchanged or returned?Yes, for products that are not shipped or out of stock, you can first contact our customer service, and then return. For products already shipped, you cannot exchange or return before you receive them.
18.How to return?

Yes, you need to pay for it. You’d better check our size information and confirm the order information before placing the order.
20.Can I combine my returns using one label?To ensure that your return is properly processed and refunded, please send back only the items associated with that return label. If you decide to return additional items (whether from the same or a different order), please start a new return request.
21.Can I return to the address on the received package?
No,please contact us for a return address, send the product back when we inform the return address, please do not return it at the original address.
International
22.Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping options and fees are detailed at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in shipping frees.
Once orders arrive in their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
23.Will I be charged Duties&Taxes?
Normally not required,depending on their destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes as assessed by local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept international returns due to shipping and customs reasons.
