Return & Exchange Policy

We only offer returns for damaged or defective orders. Please contact service@chic-cup.com and our customer service team will assist you.

AS BRA and PANTIES IS CONSIDERED INTIMATE APPAREL, FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY, WE GENERALLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TAKE NOTE OF THIS.

If you have negotiated a return or exchange service with the customer service team, please note the following information:

To ensure you receive a full refund and your return process goes smoothly, please remember:
  • Products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
  • Keep all tags attached to unworn garments.
  • Prevent makeup, deodorant, perfume, and smoke from contacting garments.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.
  • For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on briefs.
  • Outbound shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
  • Chiccup does not provide pre-paid return labels you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Note:
1) Products must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all labels attached. We do not accept worn items.
Please include the original order packing slip with the return package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
2) Please send the product back when we inform the return address, please do not return it at the original address.
We do not accept offline returns. Also please do not go directly to the warehouse.
3) For returns, please send an email to our customer service team at service@chic-cup.com and let us know your order# and why you want to return it.
Our customer service team will respond with resolution and return instructions within 24 hours.

1.Application for return:
For returns, please contact our customer service team first.

2.Returns:
You will receive an email notification if your return is accepted. Your refund will then be processed and applied to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to appear in your bank account due to different processing times by financial institutions.

3.Return address:
After submitting the request, customer service will provide the return address via email. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

4.Pay the return fee
Shipping is your responsibility if the return is not due to quality issues or our fault.

5.Size issues
We recommend that you check the size chart to find your size before placing an order.

6.Shipping
Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
